5k Ghost Run to support the Robinson Hearts & Minds Foundation
October 21, 2018 Children’s Therapy Solutions came together as a team attending the 5k Ghost Run to support the Robinson Hearts & Minds Foundation in honor of Brent and Julia Robinson. Julia had a love for children with disabilities and spent her years working as a speech therapist at Children’s Therapy Solutions and in our local schools. She was a kind and caring therapist who had a special interest in working with children with autism. She was loved by so many in our community and we are honored to be a part of carrying on her legacy.
At the 5k Ghost Run event the Robinson Hearts & Minds Foundation presented Manatee Hope with $7,500 to help cover therapy services for families and children in need.
The Robinson Hearts & Minds Foundation mission statement:
“Our mission is to positively impact Manatee County’s aspiring college students and to provide support for children with autism and their families. We do this by awarding scholarships to deserving students and funding organizations that work directly with children with autism. Our foundation exists to honor the memory and legacy of Brent & Julia Robinson, continuing the work they began.”
